We only accept orders for UK mainland at present.

Our standard shipping charge is £4.00 per order.

A few heavier items, eg.almonds & balloon weights incur a higher shipping charge of £6.00 per order.

Orders are only despatched when payment authorisation has been received by our online bankers. We normally despatch your order within 7 working days, but we cannot guarantee this. If your order is urgent please telephone us on 01803 214281 or email sales@samms.co.uk to check availability of stock before proceeding with your order. All our orders will require a signature upon receipt.

We never have access to your debit/credit card details when your order is placed online: they are checked and administered by our online bankers Protx and Natwest Streamline who provide the secure payment system, who then send us authorisation for despatch.

Alternatively you may wish to pay by giving us your card details over the telephone if so call 01803 214281 have your order and card details to hand. By doing this we are only able to despatch goods to the address to which the card(s) are registered.

If you wish to pay by cheque, please send this payable to Samm's and post to us at 7 Lucius Street, Torquay, Devon. TQ2 5UW. Don't forget to include your order and contact details! Please note that your order will not be shipped until your cheque has been cleared and therefore takes a little longer.

On the rare occasions you are not happy with your order please email us on returns@samms.co.uk All faulty goods offer a moneyback guarantee.

Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations you have a 7 day "cooling off" period when you may return an item in it's original unopened packaging if you no longer require it. It is however your responsibility to return the item in perfect and saleable condition and at your own cost. We will then arrange to refund your debit/credit card for the item returned minus any shipping costs as these are non refundable. Any returns after 7 days will not be refunded, however we will happily offer a credit to your account with us for future purchases.
